The Botallack Mine ((コーンウォール語:Bostalek)) is a former mine in Botallack in west Cornwall, England, United Kingdom. The village is in a former tin mining area situated between the town of St Just in Penwith and the village of Pendeen.〔Ordnance Survey: Landranger map sheet 203 ''Land's End'' ISBN 978-0-319-23148-7〕 Crown Mines, former tin mines, are low down the cliffs north of Botallack. There are two engine houses here and the mine extends for about 400 metres out under the Atlantic ocean; the deepest shaft is 250 fathoms (about 500m) below sea level. The mine ruins in the area are protected by the National Trust.〔() National Trust website. Retrieved March 2010〕 There are two arsenic works opposite the Botallack Mine count house.
